What I offer

  • Healing & Guidance

This work is ancient and shamanic, intuitive, and pure, a Spirit-led journey of remembrance.

It is the art of listening between worlds, restoring harmony between body, spirit, and the unseen.

Through drum, touch, and breath, I open a space where the sacred can move, where what has been forgotten can be remembered.

Here, healing is not a fixing, but a returning, a reconnection to your ancestors, to the rhythm of life itself, and to the quiet knowing that you are already whole.

We will set up your session according to where in life you are, and where support or guidance is needed.

  • Postpartum Healing Ceremonies

The Seven Locks Ceremony, also known today as the Closing of the Bones, is an ancient healing ritual with roots in the East, in Russia, where it has been known as the Seven Locks, and in Morocco. It is a sacred rite of return, a ritual of gathering oneself back after the immense openings of birth, transformation, or loss. Traditionally, the body is wrapped and held with a rushnik, a woven cloth, as each of the seven energetic locks of the body is gently closed.

You will lie down on a soft wool mat. Slowly, with deep care, we wrap you in shawls and begin to close the seven locks of your physical and energetic body. Through this process, what has been open, scattered, or left behind is gathered back. The spirit is invited to return home to the body, bringing alignment, presence, and peace.

This ceremony is not only an act of personal healing but also a gift to our lineage, both past and future. When we heal ourselves, we release what our ancestors could not, and we free our children and future generations from carrying the same burdens.

The Seven Locks Ceremony is a remembering, a sacred closing, a return, and a beginning.

  • Ceremonies for Women

These ceremonies are born from the old knowing, the remembrance that every threshold in a woman’s life is sacred. Once, we were held through each passage as maiden became woman, woman became mother, and mother became elder. Birth, loss, love, and change were all honored within the circle of women and the embrace of the Earth.

I hold ceremonies to mark these transitions, creating sacred spaces where you can pause and meet yourself in the in-between. They are moments to honor what has been, to release what is ready to fall away, and to open to what is arriving.

Each ceremony is guided by Spirit and shaped by your story. It is an intuitive weaving of prayer, song, touch, herbs, and the elements, a living ritual of reconnection and remembering. Through this work, we return to the wisdom of our own cycles and to the quiet power that rises from softness and surrender.

These ceremonies often arise in times of transformation, when stepping into motherhood, moving through loss, or entering a new season of life. In these moments you are witnessed and held, not to be fixed but to be seen, and to remember the wholeness that has always lived within you.

  • Women's Circles

    An Invitation to Reconnect

Our circles are rooted in heart connection, spaces of warmth, honesty, and belonging, where women support one another and each voice is received with care. A return to the way women have always healed, in circle, in community, in truth. Space held together with my soul sister Anna Elfving-Gomes.

  • Retreats in Sápmi

I hold retreats in Sápmi, on the ancestral lands of the North, where the mountains and rivers stretch far beyond the horizon and silence has its own kind of language. This land holds an ancient pulse. It reminds us how to listen, how to be still, and how to remember our place within the greater whole.

Here, beneath the wide sky and shifting light, we gather in simplicity and presence. The days unfold naturally, walking, resting, sharing, and letting the land guide the rhythm. Each retreat is a time to slow down, to reconnect with yourself, and to allow space for what truly wants to emerge.

The North has its own quiet way of teaching. It grounds, clears, and opens what has grown heavy. It brings us back to what is essential, to the body, to breath, to being alive.

These retreats are not about escaping life but returning more fully to it, carried by the vastness of nature and the quiet companionship it offers.
